(TAAP)
TAAP certification is derived from the TPP model and positions whoever achieves it on a global sphere, presenting for 8 weeks, strong evidence of owning the four habits, the skills and behaviors of an agile person , this with a great sense of ownership and response of what they are responsable for and demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
The habits of a certified TAAP are:
- - NeuroFitness,
- - Journaling,
- - Gratitude
- - Self-management skills.
In order to achieve this certification, the required behaviors are:
- - Accountability (taking over and answering for both your obligations and those of your people)
- - Open mind / Flexibility
- - Optimism
In addition, a certified TAAP person proves to own the high performance engines shown in the Top Performance Professional model, as well as the individual and collective skills with a medium-high to high ratio, although, exceptionally, some participants with superior performance are recognized as OUTSTANDING on the certification process.
